Summary – Wisdom is like a huge banquet, open to all who wish to come. Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. A person who becomes wise will be the one to benefit. If a person scorns wisdom, they will suffer. Folly will seduce you and claim to be the best… but all who have followed her end up dead.
ReplyDeleteApplication – Heavenly Father… Your wisdom is calling out to me like a huge feast and party. Why do I say I am going to the party, but sometimes not attend?!!?! There are so many other parties that distract me and appeal to me… please keep me from attending them! Your wisdom is what I wish to desire always! Please keep me on the path toward You! Forgive me for turning your offer down so many times, how stupid I have been! Thank you for continuing to offer Your wisdom to me!!!!!
Summary: Wisdom is ready for us. Fearing the Lord is where wisdom begins and the learning more of Christ brings insight. Stupidity calls out loudly but lead to death.
ReplyDeleteApplication: Lord help me to turn to wisdom and not folly. May I gain greater knowledge and wisdom. Thank you for your free gifts!
